When a payment is processed for our services we will collect all necessary financial information including; your name, card details and personal information. This information will be passed to our chosen payment processer who will then process your payment to us. We do not store your financial information.
If you apply to undertake any of our services which require a credit check, you agree that information may be used to run a credit check to allow us to make a decision on your credit application.
4.0 Identity checks for due diligence
We are required to carry out identity checks as part of our due diligence practices when we market a property. Your details will be shared with a credit reference provider to verify your identity, this will not affect your credit rating.
If an identity check fails we will require a legal document to confirm your identity such as a passport. This will be copied and secured storied by us and the credit reference agency.

When you book an appointment with us for a property valuation, we will use your contact information to provide you with key information. Although, these messages are optional and you can stop them at any time.
You are able to select which channels you would prefer for us to communicate with you through, such as phone, text message, post or email. You can also select which type of information you would like to receive, these preferences can be changed at any time through the clearly displayed instructions in all communications.
We may restore records of your communications for the purposes of training. This information may include details provided during any of our services processes. All content is retained in line with our terms and conditions.
